     Soup is one of my favorite foods, especially in the winter. It is easy to prepare, usually contains all of the healthy things you should be eating and not a lot of clean up. I am not sure that the boys really liked it but when I would put it with a sandwich it was accepted. I could eat soup every day and be happy. Tonight we had a soup and salad meal at our church to raise funds for the child care ministry there. It was a free will donation and the soups were great. My problem is which to choose. There was chili, potato soup, chicken noodle and of course my favorite, vegetable. The bonus is that I had made a crock pot full of vegetable for them and they didn't need. So I have soup in the refrigerator and freezer. Yum!
